He is the President and Founder of Inspire to Empower, LLC, a leading communication and leadership development company. His individual clients range from solopreneurs to corporate CEO’s and has spoken to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Eric is a proven business builder with experience across franchises, start-ups, technology, and the financial service industry. His focus is on creating thriving businesses, from concept to scale, through intentional leadership and strong operational foundations. He is the author of the best-selling book, “The FEIN-er Things: A 52-Week Guide to Living an Inspired Life” and the newly released book, “Culture at Its FEIN-est.” His greatest claim to fame, however, is trying Stand-Up Comedy once and living to tell about it! Krystalanne Curwood is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience across media, hospitality, communications, and digital marketing. Raised in a family of builders, tradespeople, and business owners, she developed a strong work ethic and passion for helping businesses grow through relationships, strategy, and community involvement. She is the Owner of Avenue 360 Digital Marketing, a Tampa-based marketing company that helps businesses increase visibility through digital marketing, indoor billboard advertising, OTT/CTV, geofencing, social media, branding, and creative services. Krystalanne’s background includes work in communications, journalism, hospitality leadership, media, and marketing, giving her a unique perspective on both customer experience and business growth. She is actively involved in the Tampa Bay business community, participating in two Chambers of Commerce and serving on a leadership committee focused on mentoring and supporting local businesses throughout the Tampa area. She believes strong communities are built through education, collaboration, and opportunity, and leads with a focus on helping businesses better understand the evolving marketing and business landscape so they can grow with confidence and long-term success. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Public Relations and Forensic Psychology, along with a Master’s degree in Global Management and Law.
